Mild Earthquake in Delhi, Chennai, Vizag, NCR and eastern India; no casualties or damages reported

Mild tremor in Eastern India (Affected areas include West bengal, Orissa, Andhra, tamilnadu states) and cities like Delhi, Chennai,  were felt with mild tremor in few areas.

Chennai city reports mild tremors felt in parts of Nungambakkam, Porur and Triplicane , tnagar areas where people rushed out of their homes.

The epicentre was 270 kms in Bay of Bengal  from Odissa and 40 km below sea level.
