The position is with at reputed Healthcare BPO.

Role: Assistant Director / Deputy Director

Reporting to: Vice President

Qualification and Experience

– Graduation: B.L, LLB

– Specialization: Any

Experience

– 12-18 years- experience in Corporate law and compliance

Core Skills

– Contract Specialist – Customer and Vendor – Master Service Agreements, Purchase Order, Hardware Agreements, Software Agreements, Commercial Agreement, Real Estate agreements, etc.,

– Should have handled Ethics and Compliance matters

– Knowledge on Contract Compliance process to monitor the contractual requirement and track compliance of the contractual terms agreed to with the Client

– Should have knowledge on Policy formulation, review and implementation

– Mergers and Acquisitions – Due Diligence & Integration processes

– Would be added advantage to have experience and knowledge in Companies Act

– Labour laws – Shops and Establishment Act, ESI, PF, Maternity Benefit, Gratuity, Employee Compensation, etc.,

– FEMA and RBI Regulations

Intellectual Property Rights

– Regulatory Amendments – Track any new amendment or changes to the statutory or regulatory requirement relating to employment laws and labour laws and keep the internal team updated

– Labour and employment Litigation and counselling on behalf of the employer, with emphasis on wage and breach of employment agreements.

– Handle claims of breach on contract, fraud, retaliation, wrongful termination and sexual harassment

– Litigation support – notices, file of compliant / plaint and suit, etc.,

External Facing Description

– Good Communication Skills, Analytical Skills and Interpersonal Skills

– Ensure consistent service delivery in a consultative and solutions-based capacity

– Provide coaching, guidance and support, set professional development plans to assist employees to reach their full potential through the Performance Management process

– Strong management skills – outside counsel and legal teams

– Results oriented performance with a high importance for compliance and good time management skills

– Collaborative and flexible approach

– Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to convey legal advice clearly and effectively

– Experience working with Board of Directors and senior management teams

– Ability to manage multiple locations across the country with knowledge on statutory compliancesProfile Summary
