How To Apply Online TNPSC CCSE Group IV VAO Exam 2018?


TNPSC official website has posted the ccse recruitment examination for the vacant post of draftsman, vao, field surveyor, and typist. The candidate applying for the job opening should follow the procedure as under:

  • The candidates should apply only via online method in the Commission’s Websites like http://www.tnpsc.gov.in, http://www.tnpscexams.net, http://www.tnpscexams.in
  • One Time Registration aka OTR & applicant Dashboard are compulsory before applying for any vacancy. Applicant must register only one time in the One Time Registration by remitting Rs.150/- as fee of registration which is valid for five years from the time of Registration. All the filled in applications should be submitted with the One Time Registration identity and password registered by the candidate.
  • For applying in 1 Time Registration, the candidates should posses scanned image of their specimen photograph, certificate wherever required and signature in CD/ DVD/ USB Drive uploading the photo, testimonials & signature.
  • The candidates who have already made registration in One Time Registration on or before the date of 29th september 2015 shall utilize their prevailing user ID and Password to make applicant Dashboard in the fresh OTR system. No candidate is allowed to do extra registration ID in One Time Registration.
  • Key in the exclusive ID and password to see the already existing particulars and have it update.
  • One Time Registration is in general not an application for any job. It is only a gathering of information from the candidates and providing an individual dashboard to every applicant to have them to manage their self profile. Applicant who desires to apply for any employment shall click “Apply” corresponding to the post mentioned in the Commission‟s web portal and use the same USER ID & PASSWORD given for.
  • Choose the post name or service for which you want to apply.
  • Candidates are asked to make upload of their photograph and signature according to the specifications therein the Guidelines for Scanning & Upload of Photograph & Sign.
  • Any Online application uploaded with no photograph, requested documents and signature will be cancelled.
  • All the information indicated in the online application comprising candidate’s name, applied Post, educational standards, Communal caste Category, Birth Date, Mailing Address, Email ID, Exam center will be taken as final and no alterations will be permitted after the due date mentioned for applying online. As such fields are concrete and fixed and have no provision for edit option, candidates are appealed to fill in the online application form with the best care and caution as no communication regarding modification of details will be solicited.
