BHIM App Digital Payment in India Features – Bharat Interface for Money:

Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi on 30th December 2016, Friday in the Digi Dhan programme at Talkatora Stadium in New Delhi had launched the Bharat Interface for Money BHIM App.

The Bharat Interface for Money BHIM is a mobile App which is based on Unified Payment Interface (UPI) launched as part of the 500 and 1000 Rupees banknote demonetisation.

The Bharat Interface for Money BHIM APP compatible with all featured mobile phones which includes Smartphones, normal mobile without internet connection.

The Bharat Interface for Money BHIM APP is offered by National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) which enable fast, secure, reliable cashless payments through your mobile phone.

BHIM APP Features and Benefits:

The first process is to download the Bharat Interface for Money BHIM APP and register the customer Bank account to set a UPI PIN for the Bank account.

People can send or receive money from friends, family and other customers by using the registered mobile number or payment address.

By using the IFSC Code and MMID money transfer can be done to non UPI supported Banks and also helps to check the Bank Balance statement and transactions information.

Custom Payment Address can also be created in addition of phone number for sending or receiving money using the Bharat Interface for Money BHIM APP.

The transaction limits mentioned using the BHIM APP will be maximum of Rs.10,000/- per transaction and in a day transaction can be done upto Rs.20,000/-.

As of now the Bharat Interface for Money BHIM APP supports only Hindi and English language and more languages is expected to be launched soon.
